Dear Employees of Our University;

After the written complaint made by our personnel to Ulusal Ajans on 02.01.2023, the selection criteria for our University's Erasmus+ staff mobility have been updated in a way that is deemed appropriate and approved by Ulusal Ajans.  

The application form containing the new selection criteria is presented in the attachment of our letter. Within the scope of the Erasmus+ program staff mobility announcement dated 7 December 2022 for the 2022 Project Period (2022-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000057067), the applications of our personnel who applied for teaching/training activities until 13.01.2023 have been evaluated according to the attached criteria. Our personnel do not need to reapply. The application forms have been updated by our office for each of our personnel.

Additionally; upon the complaint made, our administrative and academic staff will be evaluated in a joint quota, not separately, in staff training mobility, and as a result of the regulation and warnings of Ulusal Ajans, while scoring the number of agreements, a maximum of 3 agreements will be taken into account and scored.
