In order to meet the need for highly qualified human resources in different specialized fields of our country, students will be sent abroad to pursue postgraduate education at leading universities around the world under the overseas postgraduate scholarship program (YLYS Burs Programı) conducted by the Ministry of National Education in exchange for compulsory service.

Applications will be accepted between December 19-29, 2023.
