within the scope of the projects, it has been determined that the candidates who declared that they met the condition of "having made an agreement in the last 2 years" in their applications have deficiencies in the documents supporting these declarations within the scope of institutional quality.

For this reason; candidates who declare that they have made a new agreement within the last 2 years as of the application date in their applications must submit their written documents proving that they have ensured the new agreement to the International Relations Coordination Office via email by 05.06.2023 Monday at 17.30 at the latest in order for these declarations to be included in the evaluation.

Correspondence made with our university's International Relations Coordination Office or with the relevant units or personnel of the universities with which the agreement was made, and which clearly relates to the relevant agreement, will be accepted as sufficient evidence.
